Wednesday, September 20th, 6:30-9pm The Hungerford, Studio 458
Liz Haywood-Sullivan, Rochester native and President Emerita of the International Association of Pastel Societies, will be in town and is doing a pastel painting demonstration at the Hungerford building. Liz specializes in landscape painting and in anticipation of her favorite season she will be doing a winter creek scene featuring water, trees and snow. She grew up in Pittsford with Irondequoit Creek running through the fields behind her house. Those fields and the creek have inspired her work and continue to do so. She will be working in pastel on black paper. Free and open to the public.
